I work hard daily in trades and always on the next project . When home Im working on my fitness and mindfulness by training with a emom training style. Then meditation is always in motion to keep my mind clear and focus , this takes alot 9f energy to maintain so its really important that I control my influences. Always keeping good company and positive friends are important to me . Wanting to give a hand up not a hand out to people , we have to be mindful of who we associate with. My goals are large and plenty , Im currently 46 years of age and not slowing down or choosing to.
